Bassetto le Vieux Baobab

In 2006, Bassetto le Vieux Baobab was born in Mali. The story began when Cecio Rimpoche IV brought his mother Dafne, to celebrate her 60th birthday as a surprise, opening the way for a deeply human encounter in the village of Ireli, in the Dogon region.

There he met a local doctor named Amadingue. Through the photos brought back by travelers, he kept following moments, faces, and changes from afar. That connection never faded, and they have remained in contact to this day.
